The Adult Recreation League (or C League) is for adult players above a novice level. The average skill level is between the adult C/B level but for someone who has matured past the basic fundamentals of skating and play, who no longer needs basic instruction and is looking for the next level of competition.
The C league is a more traditional format of teams and regular seasonal play. ​​
